Orders and Delivery
All orders are subject to availability and delivery area restrictions. We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of Keyport, NJ. Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff to be included in the next delivery cycle.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of preparation. Delivery fees may apply for orders under $100. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly through Square. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a credit toward a future order or a refund at our discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Food Safety
All meals are prepared in a licensed kitchen following food safety guidelines. Meals should be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery if not consumed immediately. Please inform us of any food allergies before placing your order.
Delivery
We deliver during scheduled time windows. If no one is available to receive the delivery, meals will be left in the insulated container at your door (for subscribers) or at the location specified in your delivery instructions.
